Here it is shown being used to make a mold of a large decorative panel.The moldmaker is holding the nozzle of the VS-3000. It is a lightweight copper tube connected to a set of hoses which supply the mold material to the nozzle. The mold maker is laying down a layer of quick setting polyurethane mold material.

As the rubber is being applied with the spray nozzle, a worker is brushing the material in to get an even coating and to remove air bubbles. The mold making material starts to set within a couple of minutes.
